We were recommended this company by our architect who spoke highly of JC General Builders.

We commenced the work for a double storey extension to increase the size due to family necessity and also to improve the overall value of our property.

I want to start by saying, I do not know any person who works for JC General Builders personally prior to getting a quotation. As always when spending large amounts of money, it is very nerve-racking to commit to somebody you have never met or had work completed by them.

From day one I received a quotation that was reasonable but more importantly, I could allow them to take on the responsibility of controlling all aspects of the build, until a thorough, complete and professional finish without any complications.

Once we decided to use JC, we have had nothing but a professional and friendly response. At every step Jack has kept us fully updated with next steps, possible options for a bespoke home and ideas to benefit us and our personal needs.

The team have all been amazing, hard working, punctual, clean (as can be with building work), reliable, trustworthy and courteous to neighbours. They have all been great at interacting with our relentlessly inquisative children, thorough when explaining options and processes with us, and the overall quality of the build is wonderful. We are so glad we made the decision to use this company and quite frankly I would only ever use them going forward for future projects.

There have been no hidden charges and the contract set out by Jack has been completely adhered to.
