Un- helpful, bad practices, biased.
Feel sorry for some of their more, honest, more professional, more friendly hard working , amoungst some of their less professional workers who couldn't cement two bricks together, never mind professional repairs, or even Any repairs at all. !? How on Earth can you re- align 2 misaligned drainage pipes inside and out by making a very bad attempt for over half an Hour to cement two old bricks together that were already there , as I used them to stop the leaves falling down from an upside! down ? Large Garden area to drop down blocking the drain, for the un- aligned kitchen waste pipes,!?

Awful housing, they dont care about their tenants. Little or no communication at all when it comes to appointments. Waiting at home all day after cancelling a shift for them to cancel (again with the same excuse) with no mention; i had to phone them

I now have a lovely chap who came in last month to introduce himself to me and discuss my options for floor covering. I really would like lino as I have an elderly dog and cleaning up after her is a constant chore.
So lino would save me in cleaning materials.this lovely chap came in again today full of compassion help and lest of all listens to you. Thus is what I like so now all I have todo is to wait for a quote.

I'm not sure what the staff are actually paid to do because they don't ever deal with enquiries. If you report an issue don't expect it to be fixed because it won't.

Like living in the 1970,s...

In an utter dump...

Hence the 2.2* rating reviews on here...
Personally even 1* is too much...

For example they have 7.500 properties but only 4 plumbers?

If that isn't bad enough...
If u have v basic plumbing repair job,,eg no shower,,then expect to wait 5 /6/7 weeks for a 5 minute repair job...

Or threaten them that you'll kill yourself unless repair is sorted...

Then they might respond...
My block of vile flats is like a prison n wen the doors don't work properly u can actually get in the dump,,but can't get out or vice versa...
Sound insulation is pathetic...i can hear neighbours tb to my left/to my right and also above,,all at the same time...
I utterly hate the dump...

No lock ups or garages here atall...
Even slum council estates have garages or lock ups...

Rent is v high excluding electricity and water bill...

It isn't even suitable for animals yet alone ppl...

Within 12 months of "living" here the doors have broken (don't open/or don't close)about 15 times...
Sometimes side door AND back door both not working...

Again expect 6 weeks for basic 15 minute repair...

I've put in for a transfer,,,but have to get a drs letter (only £40) to explain why this shuthole isn't suitable for me with my health conditions...
Im not one to complain..so just read the other v negative reviews if u don't believe me...

Its dangerous place to live in the event of a fire...

Eg u can't get out of the hole cos door won't open...

Can't wait to move out...

A terrible uncaring company with no thought for tennant welfare. In sympathy with Jennifer Smart I was bombarded with letters threatening inspections and breech of contract, I'm disabled and blind impaired, my neighbour threatened to punch me in the face if I incorrectly recycled. I now have to pay £200/month for a professional cleaning company. Adra are in humain and don't care.

Very unprofessional, attitude on the phone when you ask what should be a simple question about a refund. Given wrong information, they can't give you direct answers, if they get something wrong they try and back track and then have the cheek to get an attitude with you when they made the mistake! (Gwenno, to be exact) the way I was spoken to in the phone when enquiring about a refund was very cold and blunt. Disgusting and very unprofessional. Due to their mistake, I have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks for payment to go back into my account, but if you miss rent or owe anything they are soon on your back!
If I knew what I know now, I would of never gone with ADRA housing in the first place, we as a family have had problem after problem, Mold that's taken more than enough time to get sorted. This was reported back in October 2023 and only April 2024 has this been sorted. The garden is like a swamp (we are not the only ones on the estate, most gardens are the same) toilet downstairs broken took ages for them to come out and fix it, front door not installed properly, window in front bedroom (my little boys bedroom) was held in by one screw! I could go on and on.

They don't seem to care about their tenants and shrug you off of you have a complaint, its a joke, when you want to speak to a manager they are always out if the office or you'll send an email and get them to call back and they never do! very unhappy with the service they have provided over the last 2.5 years of is being in one of their rent to own properties I must say! Train the staff to know answers to questions, train the staff on how to speak to people properly, and when you say you will call back, make sure you do and dont just say that.👍

Charging for services we are not getting ignoring emails and not addressing the fact that charging £236.48 a month for a cleaning and window cleaning that has not been done for 19 months.The man that supposed to clean is here for 15 minutes twice a month disgusting Inow clean my own landing .Another year and no progress and grounds are not being maintained and still being charged staff rude when you complain.
