I have been trying to reserve a plot with Llanmoor for 9 months now and I have continuously been given false hope and have been continuously let down. They brand their company for first time buyers that they make the process easy but this has caused me nothing by stress. A sales advisor actually said she was going to help me get a plot and even pointed the specific plot out to me knowing full well she was retiring that same week. Seems to be who you know with this company as they seem to pick and choose who they want themselves. Shambles of a company!
