I am a professional photographer commissioned by JVB to take photographs of their projects. I have meet the whole JVB team, office to the field, who all work as one team. It is a great testament to them that their clients allow me to go into their completed homes for me to take photos. The quality of the building and design is evident wherever you look.

We contracted JVB to build our new “self-build” home from the ground up. From start to finish, they were fantastic and every member of the team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, kept the site clean, were friendly, considerate, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled.

The build was by no means a simple job, we used natural stone, lots of steel, curved walls and curved glass. However, with regular contact and communications from Joe and the JVB project manager, they ensured that the job was not only completed to plan but also without any issues. The standard of workmanship was 2nd to none and we have had numerous compliments on the work completed by JVB from other tradesmen on site. Joe ensured that we were happy with the progress throughout the whole build. His attention to detail was excellent and would instruct his team to change anything that he personally wasn't happy with, normally before we even had a chance to look at it.

As with any type of build or renovation there are changes made along the way, this was never an issue and would be met with an eagerness to please and to do the best they possibly could.

I only wish all of our contractors worked as effectively and efficiently as JVB. I would have no hesitation in using JVB again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder. You will not be disappointed.

Done some onsite training today for JVB construction, got Paul the site manager and Carl the site supervisor ticketed on the telescopic handler. Very competent and down to earth guys. Pleased to provide training and get them all certified on the 4.0T telehandler. Great work these chaps do and great company to support. All the best

JVB Construction worked on our extension and bathrooms towards the end of 2014 into 2015. Four years on this work still looks as good as new. We found a building company that really understood that this was our home and they carried out the work with this in mind. The kind and respectful trades men worked on site for many months and I felt wholly comfortable with them in our home. The quality of the finished product was fantastic, and still is fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more. We recommended JVB to our close friends because we felt confident they would continue to produce outstanding work. These friends also had a significant amout of work completed by JVB and, as a result, also speak highly of JVB Construction. We have plans to further extend our home and we would be delighted to have JVB Construction back. Joe is a driven professional who believes in providing faultless quality to his customers. It was this character trait that shone through during the time JVB were on site, even when timescales and costs were tight, he never settled for sub-standard results. Only far star!

JVB did a double story extension and loft build for us during 2019. From the moment we met Joe he had a 'can do' attitude, with no limitations on what he could do with our build. This was so refreshing after meeting other builders who would not entertain some of our requests. Every build has it's ups and downs and when things weren't going according to plan Joe was available to discuss next steps to rectify it. His team were always friendly and professional when we were on site and our neighbours also commented on how polite and friendly they were, which made us feel better, after all the disruption we were causing them.
Joe never gives up until everything is perfect, and even came to fit a glass balustrade himself a few days before Christmas! The build finish is to an extremely high standard and I would highly recommend JVB for your build.
