The Pond Guys maintained my pond for nearly 2 years. They carried out monthly maintenance of pumps, filters and fountains as well as managing pond planting and water quality. The engineers were always on time, carried out the work they had to do very efficiently and were always polite and flexible. The organisation with office staff in making appointments and invoicing was equally efficient. Altogether the quality of service was outstanding. Unfortunately, as I no longer have a pond, I now don't use their services, but I would recommend The Pond Guys to anyone.

We are so pleased we chose The Pond Guys to revamped our pond and install a filtration system 5 years ago. We now have them to undertake regular services and maintenance work on it and throughout this time we have always been extremely satisfied with the whole team who are always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even kindly made enquiries and tracked down a suitable blacksmith in our area (Orchard Blacksmith) that could make and install a bespoke net to cover our irregular shaped pond which again was a very good referral from their office staff and we are delighted with the result. The water is lovely and clear and we have some very happy fish. Would have no hesitation in recommending either firm. Thank you guys!

Brilliant company which looks after my 2 ponds every month. All the staff are friendly, efficient and professional. Cannot think of one negative and would highly recommend them. Very reasonably priced too - always a bonus.

The Pond Guys re build my waterfall in my pond and supplied the pump and filter. They also do the maintenance on my pond.
They are punctual, informative and helpful.
Always talk to you about what they are going to do.
Neat and tidy … nice guys…

We've been using this firm for years now. They came to the rescue when our pond lost its water,and rescued the fish while they rebuilt the pond. And again when a tree fell over the pond. They service our pond regularly. I don't like chemicals so they listen to their customers. Happy to recommend.
