I am slightly nervous when it comes to hiring tradesmen off the internet without a recommendation, however once we had used Mark, these fears were put this to rest.
We initially had a heating Survey by Mark as part of a house sale, which revealed the need for a new boiler as the system had been playing up.
Mark was upfront, very quick to visit us (next day) and talked through our options. He then sourced a quality boiler (Worcester) for us, at a very competitive price and fitted it within a matter of days. His labour costs were superbly competitive and he followed up with all the legal documentation required.
I highly recommend Mark, and we now have a local trusted plumber and heating engineer we can trust and rely on!

Last week our 20 + year old boiler showed signs of finally giving up the ghost. My husband contacted Mark and within 24 hours he had visited to assess the work and within 6 days we had a new efficient condenser boiler. Mark and Darren were brilliant. Polite, tidy and competent. Recently used Mark and Darren's services to fit a new toilet and cistern,fit new taps and replace a cracked pipe.

Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property.

He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy.

He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job.

I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work.

Mark and Darren actually saved us. Back in November 2021 my boiler stopped working and despite paying for boiler insurance with Scottish Power they said they couldn't send someone out to have a look for up to 2 days. With a 1 year old baby, waiting in the cold wasn't an option. After reading some reviews I took a punt on Mark and Darren. and I'm so lucky that I did. They came a few hours after the call and looked at the boiler. They gave me my options and we decided to get a completely new boiler. They came first thing the next morning to install it. It's worked perfectly ever since. Mark and Darren have followed up 2 years in a row with the boiler service too. I literally email him on one day and he's over at our house the next day. I've since stopped my boiler insurance with Scottish Power because Mark and Darren are so reliable and great quality. I can't recommend them enough.

We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator.
