The project was managed very well from the beginning to handover, in fact it finished slightly ahead of time. I am very pleased that the process was so smooth and easy. If I did not understand something Svetlana was happy to explain in detail which made the process stress free. Many thanks for your attention to detail. A real pleasure to work with.

If I get the opportunity to extend my house again, SEP Design would be my choice.

Svetlana runs a scam operation. She came and took measurements, along with a £340 deposit. Her plans were then wrong, with items such as drains missing and walls the wrong size. She then became slow with communication and inpatient with further requests for edits and changes that would be considered normal. This then manifested in her accusing us of missing these items off the plans and causing all the delays and back and forth. It is her job to visually inspect the site and take correct measurements, and produce accurate plans, not mine. A very slow, rude and under-skilled architect and businesswomen.
