the que is ridiculous, 2 familys in from the regular q and 6 from the fast track q! and the fast track have to q too... over sold tickets, big money maker that doesn't feel worth the 1hr 30min wait to get in. booked in for 11am got in at 12.30am with kids complaining they hungry the whole time. def think twice before booking.
kids did enjoy it in the end

Awesome experience, we got in quickly and friendly staff. 20 minutes was just the right time for kids and adults to enjoy, very relaxing atmosphere

Arrived at 2.45pm for our 3pm booking. Finally got in at 3.55pm after waiting in a queue in the rain with my 2 children. When we got to the front we were told we could have 20mins in the luminarium. Inside it was overcrowded and full of kids running and screaming, staying for 20mins would have been a feat of endurance! Staff did nothing to encourage the rules. We won’t be going again!

Not that impressed I'm afraid. The same thing pretty much repeated over and over again. The kids inside loved it because they were having a great time bouncing of the. Inflatable walls. I don't blame them, there was nothing else to do or look at.

This is the first poor review I have ever published. We prebooked tickets and still stood in the queue for nearly 1h 30min with two little children. I think the organisation was poor and showed a lack of care on the part of organisers, especially as a wast majority of tickets are prebooked online so they have a good estimate of how many people will come. This is publicised as a family event but this was not a family friendly queue.

Lovely inside, but for an hour and a half wait it wasn’t really worth it to spend 15 mins inside before having to be rushed off… the 6 of us were very disappointed…
