What a fantastic firm Richard and the team are, so friendly and helpful nothing is a problem even when I had a wobble about returning a unit it was not going to be a problem however I did decide to keep it as Richard had designed it in such a way there was more room than I thought, Paul the plumber is a perfectionist in his job and partial to a cheese toastie, he would arrive on a morning put his covers down, not once did he leave a mess after he left , highly recommend this company you won't be disappointed

This local company is just fantastic. They are courteous and very professional, from the first contact with them, you know you are in good hand. Richard Murray came, bang on agreed time and measured the bathroom, provided great insights and good advice, a very trustworthy gentleman. I'm very impressed with the job. Highly recommended

The Tile and Bathroom Company team fitted a complete new bathroom for us and the service and quality of workmanship was excellent. There were a few minor teething problems during the first few weeks, but Richard dealt with them both promptly and efficiently. We have just had the Tile and Bathroom co refurb our downstairs cloakroom. I initially thought that their quote was perhaps a tad high but after seeing the quality of the materials used and especially the quality of the workmanship I realised I had been wrong. As in all jobs there were some issues however Richard always showed that the customer was his priority and his aim was to make sure they were happy with what he was providing.

I must add that both my wife and I felt that David the actual fitter was one of the most efficient and conscientious workers we had ever had in our home, the way he organised his work and attention to detail was a pleasure to watch especially how he kept everything so tidy and like Richard he showed his aim was to make sure that the customer was a priority.

Would I recommend this company? Without any doubt whatsoever I would not hesitate to do so

Absolutely excellent service provided by Richard and the fitting team. My bathroom was fitted about 4 years ago. Had a couple of minor issues and Richard has sorted without hesitation or quibble. Can't recommend enough. Support local family businesses and you can't go far wrong
