If you're looking for a great product and an exceptional standard of fitting, look no further. Two lads arrived 0820 and had the six windows fitted by 1530. Nothing was a problem to them and I can't praise them enough. Well done Michol and Artur.

Called into the showroom at the end of February, arranged a home visit for the 28th. Salesman turned up and that’s the last we heard of them.
It’s now the beginning of August and still nothing.
We have taken our business elsewhere and in fact ordered more than we had intended.

Delighted with my new door.
The online design feature enabled me to choose exactly what I wanted.
The salesman answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the showroom, so I could see the quality for myself.
The fitting was quick, clean and efficient.
They accidenally damaged a bit of rendering whilst removing the old door, but fixed it beautifully within a few days with a bit of trim which makes it look better than before.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

3 windows removed and new units supplied and fitted. Professional service. The two fitters were polite, courteous and tidy. I can't fault any aspect of the work and felt compelled to leave this review. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again

I had my windows installed by Carlisle window systems 5 years ago…. They continue to be as good as new. I had reason to contact them today about a copy FENSA and Shirley was very friendly and helpful, a credit to the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Although we waited a while for the 2new doors,they came,fitted and tidied up very well. After having them for 13 months the front door fell to one side which we were unable to close. I phoned and asked them if they could possibly come today as I couldn’t lock the door. Sure enough they came within a couple of hours,told me what was wrong,fixed it and any more trouble just phone us. Absolutely excellent after sales and look after their customers very well. Very highly recommend anyone upgrading their windows and doors etc to seriously consider buying from Carlisle Window Systems. Excellent! S.

One of the drivers thinks it's funny to deliberately close pass me on the bike most days coming down Wigton and/or Warwick road. If your standards of work are as bad as the dangerous driving, I'd avoid like the plague.
