Rick, Jamie and Paul were amazing! They did the most beautiful job on knocking down our load bearing wall and installing these doors. They also helped replace some old ceiling joists. We can honestly say we are so happy with the result! The team are incredibly professional and also really kind - as we are novice DIYers, they didn’t mind us asking lots of questions and were happy explaining what they were up to! Rick also handled communication with PWC to ensure everything was compliant. We 100% will be using them again when needed in the future!

Prime Buildings & Developments Team were contracted to carry out ground works and foundations for an oak frame building. Including laying new sewers and drains and electric cable.
It was a delight to have them work on the build. The team are friendly, polite, good at their craft and extremely tidy. One of our neighbours was so impressed by their craftsmanship and work ethics that they asked the firm to quote for some internal work they want carried out.

The weather was more often than otherwise abysmal, and we were amazed at how quickly the work progressed regardless of the horrible weather. We quite enjoyed their time with us, and we would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends and family.

Rick and the guys from Prime B&D have recently finished a 2 storey side extension for me. (Spring 2025)

The quality of work was really good, if I noticed anything from day to day they were always happy to adjust or perfect things. And in most cases anything I flagged up was already on their ‘to-do’ list.

Two things which I hadn’t thought of at the start but was very pleased with were the amount of honest, simple and clear communication I had day to day with the guys on site about process and progress. As well as their ability to get along with and keep my neighbours happy during the build.

The organisation between the trades was excellent. Rick did a great job of making sure everything went very smoothly.

You should consider Prime if you want;

-The right job at the right price.
-A team who will show up when they say they will.
-Builders that do what they say they will do and do it well.

In all honesty Rich, Jamie and Paul (alongside their carefully chosen contractors for electrical and gas) have restored my faith in the trades. Nothing has been too much for them and they have worked alongside me at every stage to get the job and finish I wanted done.

No surprises, consideration given for my budget and regular communication/updates. Plus the team seemed genuinely happy to be working with me and doing the job.

The kitchen space they have wrangled out of my liability of a Victorian terrace is life changing.

I just hope they are available again the next time I need literally anything doing to my house.
