We appointed Browicks to build a second floor extension, re configure some rooms internally, build a walk in wardrobe and replace all our internal doors. A reasonably big job which involved a number of different trades and needed effective project management.

We were immensely impressed with how Browicks approached the project, from quote stage through to delivery and after care. They worked extremely hard through freezing temperatures (the project started the first week of Jan!) and were very flexible around our lives and schedules. Throughout they were respectful of our home ensuring that we could remain living in our home with limited disruption. The specialist tradesman they sub-contracted represented them very well and had a similar work ethic and friendliness to Simon, Adrian and Thomas.

They communicated progress and changes in schedule very well, explaining why/how things needed to be done. What really impressed us, however, was their attention to detail. We had planned our build and desired outcome well, but there were areas we hadn’t considered or even realised we needed - such as a solider course over the windows and tiered brickwork on the extension to ensure we matched in with our neighbours.

The project was ultimately managed very well, with all parts completed with care, quality and within budget (there were no surprises). The extension is seamless and you’d think it was always there.

We loved having them work on our house and would strongly recommend them to others.

They even tolerated our stupid dog (who still misses them 😃)

This is the second time we have used Simon for home improvements the first time was last year for fitted bespoke wardrobes in both bedrooms and fitting of coving and last week he came with Adrian and did a whole bathroom refit and upgrade to downstairs sink .
We are over the moon with our new bathroom, the standard of workmanship is excellent from Simon and Adrian they work extremely hard and nothing is ever to much trouble.

Simon refurbished (new tiles and flooring) and fitted a new toilet in our WC, he was absolutely brilliant and did a superb job, nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely use him again for any future projects, highly recommended 😀

Simply outstanding! Browicks were superb from the moment I called them to completion of the work. Excellent communication from Simon throughout, by phone and emails, and very understanding and reassuring. Richard stopped by the same day to assess our situation, which was an urgent need of a replacement ensuite shower and a broken valve. Within a couple of days Richard has installed a brand new shower, fixed the valve, and also kindly fixed a leak in our bathroom shower before he left. Extremely courteous throughout, caring, clean and tidy and very hardworking. We are so pleased with the end results! Thank you Simon and Richard, we will most definitely be using you for everything in the future – we’ve already started putting a list together!
