Walked into the branch today (Saturday 16th March 2024) at 11:20am and as soon as I walked the man behind the till said ‘Why do people to have to turn up now?). All I was after was 2 tubs of grout, not to mention they’re open until 12. Do not go here.

When trying to purchase some skirting board, the receptionist told me to wander around the yard to find someone to ask. I did so but couldn't find anyone. I returned the office. The receptionist pointed into the distance and told me the help would be there. Appalling customer service! I was not going to walk around the yard again so I left. I'm sure they all had phones so why couldn't she have called someone to help me?

Disappointed first of. Couldn't deliver goods when required. Rescheduled appointment, hire dept done concrete mixer at very good price. Very helpful.

Don't bother coming here if you're DIY. They belittle you and give you attitude when all you want is advice and help. Literally just wanted some cls. Got told I'm asking for the wrong stuff. You have to pay and order then the yard staff are nowhere to be found. It's all mens club

Enquired at this place twice in the last month for materials , roofing shingles and ply wood cut to size, can't supply roofing shingles and cannot supply cut to size ply wood for 4 days, same member of staff totally unhelpful - won't be bothering again, Customer service ! Whats that ?
