Love it.

It works way better for me as small business. I tempt to get easily distracted when i work from home. As soon as i enter in the building i feel its work mode.

It’s a lovely place to work with some lovely people. The staff looking after the shared work space are great and really welcoming.

Lovely cafe serving locally sourced home baked products. Good selection of indoor and outdoor seating and dog friendly in both areas. Service with a smile and good selection of tea and coffee. Hot food served cooked to order, great English breakfast too.

Superb business set up for solo workers or small companies. Friendly, supportive and proactive staff..The cafe is amazing - run by such a great team. Ditch the costa & head to this venue every-time!

New local government facility providing working space for small businesses. Includes cafe open to general public which is run by same people who operate the Booking Hall Cafe at Rayne railway station along the Flitch Way. Good place to drop in for coffee and eats.
