We've used MRA on a number of occasions and they've always been fantastic. Steve and Anna were extremely helpful during the purchase of our house, providing speedy and thorough advice when it came to some potential issues. As first home buyers, we were really impressed at their customer service, and their patience working through all of our nervous questions. We loved working with them so much that they were our first pick now that we own the house and are looking at renovations. They are always super fast to respond, friendly and provide through advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I can highly recommend Martin Redston Associates. All my calls and emails were answered promptly and courteously from the start. The modular fee structure is clear, and their prices are reasonable. Several other firms I called wanted to charge upfront for a report before knowing if one was needed or warranted. Not so with Martin Redston: you only pay for what you need. There is one fee for a site visit, and then you pay for anything additional that you need. We arranged a site visit within a day, and Anna, the Senior Engineer who called, was knowledgeable and charming. I would definitely use this company again.

Steve and Anna were both extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to support us. We commissioned them to produce a structural report. They did this in a timely manner and communicated clearly to us throughout the process. If I need a structural engineer in the future I will definitely be using them again and can 100% recommend their services!

I asked Martin Redston Associates to undertake an structural review of an internal wall which I wanted to remove. They attended site within a few days and undertook a thorough inspection followed by supplying a detailed report. Sam George, the structural engineer, was very professional and made every effort to assess the structural implications of the intended work. I would thoroughly recommend Martin Redston Associates for any domestic structural surveys.
