Steve and his team did an excellent job of renovating our barn. Walls taken out, external doors put in, decorating, new bathrooms, working with structural engineers, new kitchen, fireplace, ceilings, electrics, flooring. His project management was thoughtful and thorough, his team were considerate and skilled; we showed him photos of what we wanted and he delivered. 18months later and we have had zero issues and we can't speak highly enough of him.

Steve and the team were brilliant. For us they knocked down a chimney breast and wall between our kitchen and dining room; following by installing supporting steals, knocked down a wall to create a utility, plastered the walls and ceiling throughout, along with fitting new plugs and spot lighting. Every morning the team were punctual and at the end of the day would tidy up effectively. Steve was also very helpful with suggestions and accommodating after we had changed our plans. Overall, I would definitely recommend Brockwood and would use them again in the future

I don't even know how to start praising Steve and his team. They have been brilliant. They are incredibly professional and reliable. They have helped us on the renewal of our kitchen diner. We initially only engaged Brockwood to complete some building work but ended up asking for their help on the full project (kitchen installation, plumbing, electrical work, tiling) at short notice, due to some major issues with our kitchen provider/installer. They were able to help us despite the short notice.
Despite that Steve did everything he could to fit us in between other jobs and complete our project as soon as possible, and to a very high standard. He and his team are fantastic, very organised, incredibly tidy and clean. We have been so lucky to find them. I can't recommend them enough.

I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his team. Initially engaged to remove a supporting wall and old kitchen, and undertake some associated works including lighting and electrics - Brockwood stepped in to save the day when we were let down badly by our well-known kitchen provider. Steve oversaw our project end-to-end, fitting our entire kitchen, undertaking several other jobs that came up unexpectedly, and going well above and beyond in so many ways. We now have an amazing new kitchen/diner we can be proud of. Thank you Steve and all the team - you'll be our first port of call for ANY future work!

Steve fitted some replacement sash windows for us last year and did a beautiful job. We then asked him back to replace the shower unit, and once again the standard of his work was just stunning. Our latest call out was for ridiculous things: the dishwasher had slumped and needed to be fixed back in place, and one of the other sash windows in the house needed to be sorted out. Steve has incredibly high standards, his work is exemplary and is a really nice guy to have working in your home. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

We had Brockwood renovate our living room and also making a custom door for our en suite bathroom in Feb 2018. From the outset the team at Brockwood were fantastic, going through our options and explaining the process. No question was unanswered and Steve and the team were very helpful in helping us decide exactly what we could do.

In the end, we opted to have the living room taken back to brick walls and then re-plastered, the old chimney breast removed, the ceiling levelled and replaced, new doors, radiator and skirting boards through the room. Along with the work in the en suite to add a door to an awkward shaped gap.

Throughout the actual work, the team from Brockwood were always on time, friendly, tidy and the quality of work was extremely high. Steve has a fantastic eye for detail and wouldn't leave any part of the job until he was satisfied. At the end of each day the team did a great job at tidying up after themselves, which was a load of our mind as the work was extremely dusty.

We are completely over the moon with the work carried out, and the quality of that work and cannot recommend the team at Brockwood highly enough.

I can’t rate Steve highly enough for his amazing work, professionalism and wide knowledge base of property. Steve fitted our kitchen recently after being let down by a lesser person! Steve’s workmanship is exemplary and his work environment here was spotless. We found his timing immaculate and he never let us down at any stage of this job. Steve also carried out some extra jobs for us without complaining or rushing – I think he enjoys a challenge! Would I use Steve again? 100% definite and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.
