From my experience in this Sydenham store two years ago, this place has improved 100% with loads of stock for all kinds of sports

The staff there now are much better Great customer service was especially impressed by the service I got from a lady called Ariana; I remembered her from previous times I went to Sports Direct. Ariana still gives impressive customer service

Definitely shop there again Merry Christmas

From my experience in this sydenham store 2 years ago this place has improved 100% loads of stock for all kinds of sports!
The staff there now are much better! Great customer service is was especially impressed by the service i got from a lady called Ariana i remembered her from previous times I went to sports direct Ariana still gives impressive customer service!

No enough staff to support, no selection, staffs not coping with the customers. Not arranged the areas properly. It's mixed all ages clothes. Very difficult to find out the required clothes and no staff available to ask. I went many times but I felt the same. Bromley high Street sports direct is very nice and recommendable. Very supportive staffs and arranged things properly.

Went on a Tuesday. The store the fully stocked. Helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend this location better than high street as they have a more space and stock and variety.

Decent selection of sportswear, the staff were nice but not enough staff on the shop floor. We had to walk around for a bit to find someone who was already dealing with 3 other customers. He looked stressed but was still polite and helpful.

Just been in the shop only 1 staff asked if I needed help and just gave me directions when I sead what I was looking for. This person could have shown me were. When I got to the right part in the shop I waited around 15mins before I lifted the shop as no 1 else came over to see if I needed any assistance. This shop has bad staff and clearly the managers there doesn't know how to run a busines! I will never go back to this shop. I will be emailing the head office about this matter.
