Our house had a major leak and the insurance company had outsourced Heightvale to review and assess the contents that were lost from the house, dry the house, and restore the damaged furniture.

They were excellent with their communication. They did their jobs to a high standard. They restored the furniture beautifully. They even rang up after the jobs had been completed to check up and see if everything was okay. Overall, we have no complaints.

My elderly parents insurance company contracted this company to carry out work. The time they've taken to do this work is horrendous! They expect my parents to make do without a sink for 2 weeks! They left their rubbish outside on the neighbours property, and didn't complete jobs when they should have. My parent's are elderly and disabled and have lived in a chaotic looking environment for weeks. The work could be completed in the fraction of time it's taken and advised.

If their driving mirrors the quality of their work, I'd strongly advise against hiring them. The driver of vehicle ML22 XHJ was driving recklessly, weaving between cars and cutting off others, nearly causing multiple accidents.

My insurance company employed Heightvale to carry out repair work on my kitchen after a leak. I'm very pleased with the repairs. All the staff I had dealings with were professional and courteous and the tradesmen who carried out the work were friendly and informative and did a great job in clearing away when they finished work. I would definitely recommend this company. Special thanks to Michael Curtis and Chris for a job well done.

We have recently used Heightvale's services following an extensive flood the week before Christmas 2022. We have had updates throughout the process, which was very helpful. Having taken away 5 pieces of furniture, we had them returned on Friday 10th March, even battling through snow to get to us. We are delighted with the results and clearly, they take pride in their work. Every member of staff has has been good to deal with, but especially Stephanie, who was both helpful and professional and went the extra mile and restored our faith in customer service. Thank you

Everything everyone has said badly about this company is 100 percent true. Reading their reviews is exactly what I would say. It’s laughable that they are still open for business!! Poor communication, making you empty your kitchen then nothing for weeks, delays, excuses, taking on work from insurance companies that they really cannot do or handle or until something more lucrative comes along. Stay away and ensure your insurance company gives you options and another company to do the work!!! It’s a family business so everyone is more or less related including the people that answer the phone!!

I had a really bad experience with this company. When we had a pipe leak, my insurance company referred them to carry out the work. They seemed good to start with but when the work wasn’t satisfactory they didn’t admit they were wrong and I’ve been fighting my case for nearly 3 years. Now I have received the money for the work so I can use someone else. They are definitely not flooring specialists , so do not use them. They don’t admit they are wrong and instead keep sending out different tradesman who are worse as each other. They sure don’t know what they are doing.
