Harry and the Flawless team undertook a rebuild of the pathway and steps leading up to our house. The two steps needed to have the heights reworked to make step-up access more comfortable/even. The pathway, steps and two panels in the front garden were then tiled in black & white Victorian tiles. Throughout the entire process Flawless provided a great service. Quotations were clear, and timely - communication from Amy in the office was great, very responsive. Harry and the tiler, Loz, were really great in talking through the different options in terms of tile layout / use of borders etc. and accommodating our preferences. All of the team were friendly and professional - arriving on the days and at the time promised, and leaving the site clear and tidy each day. I would definitely recommend Flawless - and we have since gone on to commission them once more to redo our bathroom - a clear endorsement of the excellent service received.

Harry and the team are excellent. They have done an extensive renovation on our house touching every room including building a glass extension. Nothing was too much trouble and all the architect drawings were talked through extensively to help us visualise the end result with improvements made along the way. They worked evenings and weekend to keep us on track especially because of the awful weather. Harry and the team will be my builder of choice every time as no job is too small....since the house renovation they have helped me landscape the garden and installed a resin path 🙂 Check out their website for pics. First off, what I would say is that I am very particular and spent literally months researching companies in the local area of Huntingdonshire to complete some refurbishment work at my property.

Having trust in this kind of process was really important and after much reviewing, Harry came to assess the work I’d like and give a quote.

From the get go Harry was great - he took the time to look around the property and then sit down and discuss with me what my goals were. He gave clear options with pros and cons for each, and didn’t seek to exert any pressure either - another good quality.

He was open from the start regarding how busy Flawless are - and didn’t make me any false promises as some other companies tend to do. It was made clear it would definitely be a few months before they could start, which was made plain before I picked them to complete the work.

After accepting the quote, Harry and the company more generally kept in good contact so it was clear when they could start. After the work began, all the employees that came were polite, approachable and importantly for me always came when they said they would. If there was to be any change, such as a day missed or a weekend day worked instead, it was always made clear. The staff always made a real effort to keep things as tidy as was possible, cleaning up at the end of each day. I even found the empty cups I used to make them brews in the sink for me after having to pop out, which is a small thing but one I really appreciated as it shows the level of respect they have for their customers.

Harry conducted regular site visits and whenever problems occurred (which is inevitable with an older property) the options were clearly discussed and worked through between us. They never just did what they thought best without consulting me - another thing I found refreshing.

The work finished on time and to a high standard. Some extras were thrown in but again, before these were done Harry explained the costs clearly so I could be confident of what I was paying for.

Overall, any work of this nature is always disruptive and messy. What I can say is, Flawless are a company that will do everything to make the process as tidy and efficient as is possible. The pricing and timing is all clear and communication, as I have mentioned throughout, was excellent.

I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Harry and his team have been very impressive. They are very knowledgeable building contractors, pro active, friendly and help you build to a budget offering cost saving solutions. They also do amazing kitchens and bathrooms so cover all grounds. We hope to work on some new projects with them in the near future.
