I can’t recommend D5 Construction highly enough. We had struggled to find builders for our project, they would come out to see us then disappear.

From the first visit Matt made it clear he wanted the work. Every part of the job was explained to us in plain English, with no jargon, and at no point did we feel pressured.

We were issued with a project plan and payment schedule prior to the job starting, so we knew what work was happening each week and what we would be paying.

Job and Jake were on site every day and are both incredibly hard working and respectful. Intrusion and disruption was kept to an absolute minimum, and the site was always left clean and tidy.

All the subcontractors who came in for roofing, plastering, plumbing and electrics all worked to the same high standards.

The project was completed ahead of plan, and under budget and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

We've been really thrilled with D5 Construction and their work. As a follower of their Instagram, we've seen their daily project updates and completed work and had no hesitation these were the right guys to take on our garage conversion. Matt provided a program of what would happen each day during the project, who was coming and when and kept us updated with WhatsApp messages as well as regular weekly meetings. Each member of the team is a credit to D5. They provided high-quality work, they were polite, punctual, hard-working and crucially at the end of each day, tidied up. Even before any work was carried out they would take the time to lay floor protectors, they would have a vacuum ready to suck dust as it's being made and tidied as they went. We're now gearing up for a large rear extension and D5 are the only people we'd ever consider to do the work.

Having recently engaged D5 Construction to carry out a home renovation, I can say the whole experience has been seamless. Matt is extremely professional and responsive. The timeline and costings were clearly laid out and Matt stuck to the budget. Matt and Jon were a pleasure to deal with and treated my home as if it were their own. We have nothing but good things to say about Matt and his team at D5. They did a really brilliant job of our extension, finishing on time and on budget. The project was on a comparatively challenging site with a few unorthodox elements and they coped brilliantly with all that this project thew at them. Communication was unfailingly good, and they (Matt and John especially) were a joy to have around. On the very rare occasions where things weren't quite as we wanted them, Matt went above and beyond to make the changes necessary to ensure we were happy with the build.
