I hired the services of Maxim Architecture for my wrap-around extension and am extremely pleased with the service I received as well as the value for money. Leina visited my home for measurements and to understand our needs, proposed a couple of plans and helped us with the necessary planning applications.

The builder mentioned that he had never seen a building regulation note so detailed. Leina’s support through the process took the stress away from managing the project. I could read the building regulation notes and inspect the builder’s work.

Mrs Leina Maximin t/a Maxim Architecture was the worst service I received from a professional, it turned out she is not a qualified Architect, which resulted in me taking out a County Court claim against her, and the judge found judgement against her. I was awarded my extra costs for additional fees having to engage another company to correct the drawings, including my trial costs against her in the County Court, Luton.
