Unethical and overcharges for work. Craig quoted a figure of £160-£180k for work. A week later his quote has risen to£260k plus VAT. A simple A4 bit of paper with no breakdown equates to his detailed quote which excluded a kitchen, finishes, tiling and sanitary ware. I’d just avoid this firm as when I asked for a detailed breakdown Craig simply ignored my emails. I have used Castlehill Builders in Salisbury who have completed the work to an exceptional standard for 150k. Check a trade credentials count for nothing, just a means to rip off decent hardworking customers for nothing more than short term greed.
