It was really important that I was aligned with whoever I was going to work with in the way we approached the modernisation of my Victorian Cottage.

Sam listened to what I was thinking and took my opinions completely on board before sharing his suggestions. He’s completely open to feedback, has great ideas (and certainly made me think which was what I wanted), working collaboratively with his clients all the way through the process.

It was a great experience, working at a good pace, and fingers crossed with a great outcome

He was professional and friendly throughout and came up with some great suggestions I hadn’t considered previously while still working with our ideas to make them a reality. The plans were great and the builders were particularly impressed with the detail they showed.
