We used Mel from AA Designworks to draw up the plans for our rear kitchen extension.
We needed these plans designed and submitted to Southend council on short notice which Mel met our time scales needed.
Mel is very good on the communication side of things, keeps you updated with progress and updates with the council.
If anyone is looking for a reliable Arcitect look no further !!
I will always recommend Mel to anyone looking for planning, very nice guy to work with which is hard to find these days.

I have used services of AA Designwork for two of my projects in last 6 months, and I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received (from Mel).

He was very Swift to respond to my enquiries, very attentive to my requirements. Always swift and timely delivery of the service at all stages of the project. He was good at keeping me informed throughout the progress of applications for planning and building regulations applications.

The high quality of the products, using latest technology for producing drawings and camera views were really helpful.
