Would just like to say , I’ve used a few so called plumbers over the years but at last found one who I can Trust and will be using and recommending to anyone / everyone… Andy recently did a boiler swap for me , but before he did the job he took the time to advise us of the most Suitable Energy Efficient Boiler and additional products to go with it to suit our property .His installation and workmanship were second to none , a very thorough and tidy worker as well ! I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Andy for any Plumbing / Heating work etc…. Many thanks again Andy a well deserved 10/10

Andy was recommended to me by an electrician who had very high standards, so thought I would use him.
He fitted my boiler system 14 years ago and completes its yearly service. I have had no problems with the boiler or system in this time. He also fitted my new bathroom suite and plumbing. He is very professional, and his work is very neat. His pricing is very competitive too which is great.
I have recommended him to friends over the years, and they have been equally pleased with his workmanship.
I would not use any other Heating Specialist, as I have found someone I can trust, and extremely competent.

Andy services our boiler every year and got us a great deal on a boiler 7 years ago ( still working perfectly). He also re-fitted our bathroom years ago. Andy is one of those proper “old school” professionals and does everything properly, precisely and takes his time. No cutting of corners whatsoever and good solid advice. I have known Andy Green for the last 20 years. He has done my annual service for my boiler and gas fire he has repaired my boiler and installed a new boiler. He has come out on New Year's Eve for a boiler problem when the water was coming through the ceiling. He has replaced a shower and new kitchen taps. He is always on time has great communication about jobs, parts and how much the job is going to cost. I always know where I stand before any work is done which is such a relief.

I "inherited" Andy when we bought our house on the recommendation of the previous owner and we have used him ever since. Andy has fitted new showers, toilets, new pressurised water tanks, outside taps, changed overflows, there is not much he hasn't done over the last nine years. I even had him connect up a water feature in the garden! I can't recommend him highly enough, we are even happy to go away and leave carrying out work when we are not there.

Had to find a gas safe plumber for a suspected gas leak , Andy came highly recommended to me , he came after hours to have a look and sorted the leak there and then, was impressed by his work so got him to come back and install 2 more radiators and pipe work to our system … he is extremely professional and his work was very neat and left no mess . Would definitely recommend him to anyone

Andy and John have been exemplary from start to finish. Great communication and conscientious about every element of the job. They installed a brand new boiler system and plumbed in the kitchen, bathroom and utility. The pipe work has all been done meticulously.

This man should be struck off the Gas Safe Register. He firstly left the job with a gas leak, put a compression joint inside a boxing unit and promptly sealed it with silicon. This should NEVER BE DONE, and any 'professional specialist' gas engineer should know this, Gas Safe's inspectors words not mine! To make matters worse. When approached by Gas Safe about this he said "If he had done the work he would have put a vent in the box section". Words taken from a letter sent to Gas Safe.

Gas Safe have confirmed to us that this is NOT and NEVER has been an acceptable solution EVER! As for denying the work, we have CCTV outside and inside, which clearly shows this man by the cupboard changing the pipes!!

Due to Gas Safe not using video or photographs as evidence, they have escalated this further.

Avoid this company. He often works with a kidderminster kitchen company so be warned!
