Took my car here because of an oil leak got quoted £830. Took my car to another garage they done the work for £240. Even dealerships don't charge these prices.

Realised my car was out of MOT and tax rang these guys up they got me in the same day for an MOT which it failed on the brakes I asked if they can sort it for me and the job was done car was passed and back home the same day fair priced aswell no complaints here will use these guys again 100%

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service, honesty and integrity of this business. I booked 2 vehicles in for Bosch Gold service and MOT, not knowing there was 2 garages on the ind est. Having arrived at the wrong garage and informed them of our "bookings" we were told "yes no problem" when in fact this was the wrong garage and they knew this. ( I have been informed that this is not the first time this has happened) When I arrived home I checked the paperwork and realised this was not a Bosch service. I immediately rang the garage and was told because they had space they could accommodate the bookings. (Talk about stealing business!!) Not only was I upset at the lies but even more upset with the standard of vehicle service. The paperwork was inadequate and in a state you would think a Year 2 had completed it and at no point state what kind of service we had, to top it off the car interior was left with an oil mark on the carpet. DO NOT use this garage!!!View less

Having been a regular customer for the past 3 years, I recently took my car to another garage who showed me that the recent work I had carried out was below standard. Furthermore, when they replaced a front spring they didn't correct the steering alignment even though they said it would be done as part of the work. When I complained they said I probably needed a new track rod end - £140. The other garage simply adjusted a few bolts to correct the alignment and charged me £20. I no longer have faith in the quality or integrity of this garage and will not be returning again.

Helped me out with a car l had to travel 350 to collect from Chester-le-Street which had a suspension fault. They did not know me, but were happy to collect the car and do the remedial work with no form of surety. The car was ready on time, and the work had been carried out to a high professional standard. Stephen even arranged to collect me from the train station. Very friendly and helpful, and highly recommended. Thanks for your help, Stephen and Ian!
