I engaged A P Laflin to build a kitchen and Conservatory extension to my bungalow whilst I was in New Zealand. I felt confident to leave the team to do the work whilst I was away and came back six weeks later to an almost completed build. I am more than satisfied with the result, all the various trades were clean and tidy and more than obliging to do a few little extras. Any problems were quickly sorted and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them at all.

I recently needed some insulation board for a new garden room but all supplies were sold out. Because it was a bit of an emergency I rang a few of the bigger builders in and around Felixstowe to see if they could help me out. Lorraine was amazing. Not only did she find the board for me by ringing some of her suppliers, she even got it all delivered free the next morning by one of the Laflin building team. There was nothing in it for them, and I wanted people to know this is the kind of service you can expect.

Disgusting people. Pulled my car up to make an enquiry whilst at the garage next door. Was trying to mouth this through my window giving them a big smile and got eyes rolled and the door shut on me. They won’t be getting my money! Had £200k to spend. Their loss. Subsequently told they have a poor reputation.

Had a p laflin builders fit our new bathroom . From start to finish the builders were very professional especially a big thank you to paul. Super job , looks fantastic. Can certainly recommend them and if needed would definitely use them again in the future.

My 90 year old Father in Law called in Laflin to replace a toilet in their bathroom. See the picture of how they left the job and despite repeated requests to return and finish the job after 5 months someone else has been employed to do the work.
