I do have a container arriving mid August and I get in touch with them almost early July. Since then every week, we waiting for helen to get in touch with us as no one else on the company deal with commercial storage unit rental. First she went for a holiday for 2 weeks. And then they said she will be back on monday, it appears to be thursday and then next week 🙂 Now its 7th of August and we dont have a storage unit which has been agreed earlier with them.

The lady in the reception cant be more relax. I told her that I need this to be completed due to the reasons above and I been kindly awaiting for more than 2 weeks but she said they will give me a call next week.

Never seen such an unprofessional attitude.

Horrible horrible experience with both yard manager and office.
Yard manager is the most unprofessional person. Ive seen my horse ridden by teenager in very short draw reins.
While my horse was ill he was let out in only a stable rug in rain and cold wind. The stables does not get the shavings promised. I experienced as well not being able to change livery package. Nobody there could ride my horse and therefore I didn't wanted to pay for a livery package including that, but I had no options to downgrade my livery. All the promises being told when moving in fell so quick apart. And when something is wrong the yard managers attitude is horrible. I luckily moved out now, but even when I left my tack was handled very unprofessional and the yard manager was following me around the yard as if I was a criminal. Ive had horses since I was 6, in multiple countrys but Ive never experienced anything like this.
The office is no better. Ive been chased the same day as an invoice was send for late payment and been chased an harassed on a holiday for a bill already been paid 14 days before that. Its messy, unprofessional and
I can only say STAY AWAY!

If your looking for a price driven rather than quality job then look no further you have found it here !! They were responsible for a landscaping job which they completed with no regard for the surrounding people , their staff simply take what they want and then the MD promises, when you can actually get hold of him and then fails to deliver. They also managed to destroy the surrounding areas of the work site and just shrugged their shoulders and said that was bound to happen. Lots of opportunity’s for them to say sorry and none delivered – Stear well clear of these people … not worth the effort at all …..
