We have had extensive work done to our house by Brian and his wonderful team.
From the first time I met Brian when he came to assess the work required, I felt total confidence. I was extremely stressed about the whole process, but Brian put me at my ease, and took the project in his stride.
Unfortunately, we had to live in our property whilst the work was carried out, which made it difficult for them and us, but they were extremely professional always willing to explain anything to me in layman's terms and always left our property as tidy as they possibly could.
I'm sure most other builders would have refused us, but once I met Brian, I knew they were the ones and never felt the need to contact anyone else for comparible estimates.
There were of course, hurdles along the way as you would expect from a 130 year old property, but nothing overwhelmed them, and Brian always managed to calm me down, and assure me they could deal with any issues that arose.
I'm going to give a shout out to everyone who came to work here because they deserve it!

Larry, Elliot and Mick the electricians.
Karl, Danny and Harvey the joiners, who, as well as doing my skirting boards, new door frame and stabilising my loose floorboards, did their absolute favourite task of fitting 3 new curtain rails!
And of course, Wayne, for the lovely new radiators.
And last, but definitely not least, Brian for fixing my landing ceiling from being held together with the old artex so promptly , and my beautiful new back gate ?
I'm absolutely thrilled with all the work they have done, pre-emptied and Columboised (just one more thing Brian, or, can you just )
I have no idea whether the prices are reasonable to anyone else, but to me it was absolutely worth every penny.
