We contracted with Julian and his team for the complete alteration of our property. They started in April 2023 and completed the work pretty much to the exact schedule that Julian had advised originally.

The standard of work and approach that Julian takes is really fantastic. This was our "once in a lifetime" project and so choosing the right builder to complete the work was so crucial for us.....and we definitely made the right choice with Julian!

Jules not only completed everything that we contracted him for but lots of other changes we asked for as we went. Plus he stepped in to make sure other trades fitted into the plans and standard of work.

Having completed a total renovation of my Grade 11 Listed property, I can't thank Julian enough. Julian and the team did a great job converting our lounge into a more open space. Creating a structural opening with RSJ and plastering the walls.

The team accommodated our timescales, were punctual, and most importantly left the place really tidy.

We recently employed APD to completely remodel and landscape our rear garden. The project (which lasted approx 6 weeks) went like clockwork and was finished to a superb standard. Every inch of the garden was completed to our specification and we also made improvements along the way thanks to the recommendations of Julian and his team. Since this project was completed we have had APD back for a couple of smaller projects and we will definitely be using them for a future planned extension. Highly recommend.
