Claire and Ryan helped us through from start to finish - meaning no stress at all for us. They advised us when we asked and made suggestions to help us get the home we have now. The team were kind and considerate at all times to the neighbours - so no hassle there when we moved back in. They were in constant communication with us and we had regular site visits so always up dated. We now have the house we could only have dreamt about, we are so grateful to Claire and Ryan for a fabulous job.

I am absolutely delighted with the first rate extension Abell Building Services has built. I had 2 bedrooms built over a flat roof, a downstairs toilet built at the front and extensive internal alterations. Ryan also undertook to refurbish a bathroom, install an en suite, he also did the plumbing and electrical installation of the new kitchen, rewired and replastered the whole house and installed two sets of sliding doors.

Several hidden problems were encountered during the build due to our original house construction and at all times Ryan talked them through with us, listened to what we wanted and overcame difficulties with professionalism and good humour. He kept us informed at every stage and worked hard to ensure we had the house we wanted.

The rapidity of the build was amazing, sometimes working late in the evenings and at weekends but never letting his high standard quality of work slip.

Abell Building Services have just completed a side extension for me and I am very happy with their service. When choosing a builder, I had several quotes and I appointed Ryan since he offered the best price\quality quote and he listened and understood what I wanted. I also looked at a couple of his previous builds and was impressed by them.

My 2 storey side extension comprised of a master bedroom with en suite, above a car port. The building work started just before Christmas and was completed ahead of schedule by the start of April. I was impressed by how hard Ryan and his team worked and how willing they were to work weekends if they got delayed by the weather to make sure it was completed on time. Also Ryan always tried to go the extra step to make it better for us.

I would definitely recommend Abell Building Services to anyone who is thinking of having an extension built or any other building work carried out.
