We used ABM Building Services to do a hip to gable conversion to facilitate a larger solar array and replace the whole roof structure due to rot caused by sprayed on insulation.
The owner of the business was first class in implementing changes to the design I wanted as the project developed. The workers were really on the ball with remedial works as issues were discovered in part of the floor. The results have been perfect with the builders working seemlessly in conjunction with the solar energy company to facilitate the installation of the solar array.
We now have peace of mind with a beautiful roof and have improved our income from the solar array.

Our project was to extend our living/dining room by replacing an old, poorly-constructed, flat-roofed extension with an enlarged one, incorporating french doors and a pitched roof; and to restyle and enlarge the patio area.
We appointed ABM to carry out all the building work - including piled foundations - and it was all completed on budget, and in largely adverse weather conditions by a friendly, hardworking, well-supervised workforce who were a pleasure to have around.
It is fair to say that the final result exceeded our expectations.

We did three large projects with ABM over a 3-year period. We did a complete re-layout of the house and extended it.. We installed a large attic room and built a garage block with a flat above. We took the property from a drafty EPC rating of E to a very efficient B. ABM worked well and kept to the task at hand. The quality of the work was excellent and cost reasonable. The on-site workers were considerate and easy to work around. We selected ABM because we felt very comfortable with Clinton Gadd.
