Michael worked with us on our house extension and re-vamp of downstairs, he came up with some innovative ideas and added value to the build with the plans we went for. That was in March 2018, the results were better than we could have imagined and we have since recommended Abstract to two other friends, and likewise they've been delighted with the ideas, work and plans.

Mike was always on hand and delivered. We are now looking at an investment property and are working with Mike on this now which prompted me to recommend his fabulous service. We wouldn't work with anyone else.

Michael is currently advising us on a potential new build project which is in the very early stages. Good drawings. However conduct during a build is questionable. Make sure your priced at the beginning for drawings, planning with buliding regulations and technical. You need all 4, on a big job and he will charge for technical at a later date!

It’s been three weeks since my last message was sent and I still have no response. My job is incomplete after paying £1200 for a change of use certificate which got declined. I’ve now found out I always needed planning permission and have wasted all that time and money. Not happy. Do not trust.
