The reviews for this young man are all outstanding....and rightly so.If you're looking for perfection every step of the way, look no further. He's brilliant in every aspect, and so glad I've found him. No one else has even come close. A lovely block paved back garden and he even fixed the gate! Give him a try. You will definitely not be disappointed.

Had the pleasure of Andy completing some extensive garden work for our family home, which included the removal of both front and back lawns and laying artificial grass, followed by the widening of our driveway and block paving the whole area.
From the very beginning, Andy was the consummate professional; clear with suggestions and helpful ideas based on his experience.
We chose Andy for the job based on recommendations from friends and seeing his work on houses throughout Gateford. He did not disappoint!
Andy works tirelessly throughout the working day, he literally never stops! This is very much reflected in the quality of his work and attention to detail in all areas of the job. In addition, he is clean, tidy and accepting that the work area still needs to be used as a family home and he leaves everything spotless after each days work.
I cannot recommend Andy enough for any job you may consider. It looks awesome. Thank you. Outstanding work from start to finish!

Andy made a fantastic job of our front driveway.
His communication and engagement was outstanding. From the moment we started to plan the work with him, he listened intently to our ideas. He then used his skills and experience to enhance our thinking with new ideas to complement our own. Once work started, he gave us frequent updates to help us manage our busy family lives and work around the project.
Andy’s work ethic is first class. Working tidily at all times, he secures the balance perfectly between the required time and care to do the job and the drive to work at a swift pace.
Andy’s pricing compared very favourably with competitors. He wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, but wasn’t far off. We found that to be quietly reassuring and now know that we made the right choice.
The finished driveway is a work of art. Neighbours and passers by frequently comment on it. One neighbour even admitted to ‘drive envy’ which made us both smile.
We’re in the process of booking Andy in for another project.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andy, and AC Building Services, to you.

Andy had just completed a garden project for us, which we are highly delighted with. He is so enthusiastic, professional, pleasant and pays attention to every detail, you can’t help but be totally satisfied with his work. He came on time everyday, worked really hard throughout, even though the weather could’ve been better for him, whilst always leaving the job tidy. Without doubt I would highly recommend him for the quality of his workmanship.

Very impressed with the work that Andy from AC Building Services delivered. Listened to our requirements and suggested changes and/or improvements to ensure we got something we would be pleased with, both from a cost and look perspective. Very satisfied with the new lower patio and the brick BBQ which had to be built to specific measurements so that the BBQ fittings we bought sometime ago would fit. All done in a professional and friendly manner. Impressed with how quickly all the work was completed. Highly recommended and we will be using them again.

Very good builder. Level of workmanship is top quality, fast replies, trustworthy, punctual and knowledgeable. Andy has done quite a few jobs for me now all have been to an excellent standard.
