Excellent service from beginning to end. The initial survey was thorough and the details fully explained. Communication was excellent via email and I received prompt responses each time. The two guys that came to fit the boards were always on time, polite, hardworking and left zero mess! Very happy with the service and the quality of the installation. The shelving is an absolute must!

Lee arrived on time and began work immediately. He was very clean and thorough with the work and he demonstrated the ladder and showed me the loft once he had finished. He also showed my husband once he returned from work just before he left. We are thrilled with the loft installation as we needed storage space in our new build. I received a call from the lovely Sam who’s been so helpful every step of the way.
Matt who came out to survey the job and what my needs and options were was friendly, helpful, what I like most was there was no hard sell. Contact throughout. The lovely guy that came to do the installation was friendly, happy and hardworking, a clean tidy job to finish. So far I’m impressed with this company and the way the customer is priority.

Great service from this trader. Pre survey was easy and communication good all the way through from survey to installation. On the day the fitter was on time and very professional. The whole job was completed in four hours to a high standard.
I would recommend them if you are considering fitting a lift ladder.

Paul came and supplied us with a written quotation with everything listed and a few options for consideration, there is no hard sell. I’ll be honest, I felt the figures were slightly on the high side but we still went ahead, we didn’t have to, it would be unfair to review a company on cost when I knew in advance.

The fitter arrived at the date and time agreed, a tidy worker who never stopped for a break. It was only after he’d left we realised we had no handle fitted to the ladder and it wasn’t as smooth in operation as we’d hoped.

We dropped them an email and the following day an engineer visited, he adjusted the hinges, popped on a handle and the bill was reduced slightly as they’d managed to convert the old loft hatch door and left behind rather than disposed of the old wood (we were asked).

It’s when things go slightly wrong how I like to judge a company and their response. We’ve been told we have a lifetime guarantee on the installation, hopefully we’ll not need to call them out again.
