Final costs were in line with the initial quote, with any changes thoroughly documented and approved by me beforehand. Before appointing AR, I had a few other companies quoting for the project and they lacked the same level of detail.

The customer service provided by AR and team was superb. They were always accessible and willing to address any questions or concerns I had. After the project's completion, they followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the work and to address any final adjustments needed. Had all the drawings, O&M's and other documentation handed over.
