We found Adrian by chance when we began to call solicitors initially for a boundary dispute back in October 2020.
I liked the way he took my number and called me back like he said he would after working with his current client.
Upon visiting my home he wore a mask, took off his shoes and very polite. Adrian went above and beyond spending time initially discussing our issue to see if he could help at no charge. He even came the next day to explain to my partner and discuss a letter he was writing for us to our neighbours and able to answer any questions I forgot to ask! This was at a price we could afford( with an NHS discount too).
I’ve been so busy with a course that I haven’t had the time to sit and write as I promised as I was so pleased with the honesty and overall service. Adrian was straight with us from the start and advised he is impartial and looks at the evidence presented to him ( I.e in this case our original house plans).
Our dispute has been on going and Adrian has helped us on two occasions which has relieved our anxieties very much so
