Alun is a fantastic, very professional guy and has been an amazing help throughout the whole very lengthy process of changing the use of and extending of our property. We were recommended A.F Architectural Designs by a parent at my daughters school. We got in touch with Alun and right from the start i knew we were in good hands. Very knowledgeable and great communication. Paperwork was made easy and any changes to designs were quickly updated and made available.

We met in May 2023 and went through everything. We were having a side and rear extension. The building work stated in March 2024 and our builder had great communication with him. So much so i believe he himself has recommended Alun.

Now is it November 2024 and i have been living in our house with all the work completed for a couple of months and it is like we have moved house. All the stress was very much worth it. My extended family have now used Alun for their build and have said great things as well.

I would highly recommend A.F Architectural Designs and Alun. If myself or anyone i know needs an architect. Without doubt i would point them in this direction.

We used Architectural designs back in 2020 for our first ever house extension build. Alun the architect was very good from start to finish. Throughout the course of our build nothing was ever too much for him and he would always respond and give helpful advice even until this very day, nearly 4 years on! A fantastic architect. This was our first major project and Alun was super helpful. He improved our original thoughts and brought a better vision to the project but also, importantly, knew how the planners would react to certain design features and helped us plan accordingly. He was quick, brought in a structural engineer, and came in on cost as expected. He handled the planning process quickly, and despite an opposition, still got approval in a matter of weeks from submission.
