Excellent service from beginning to end. Tom took time to run through all of the different options with us, gave us a very competitive quotation first time and there was never any pressure to make a quick decision (unlike some other companies). When it came to installation Chris, Matt and Jack did a great job, worked really hard and were a pleasure to have around. We chose A Grade after being badly let down by a Kidderminster company. We needed something very much in keeping with our Victorian house and being in the conservation area they had to look as close to authentic as possible.
Greg came round to measure up and we soon both felt very confident with our choice and all further communication and updates from Greg were excellent.
The windows were ready to be installed in the timescale promised and Tom and his team did an excellent job fitting them. They also undertook partly rebuilding our bay window which had rotted and replicated the original lintels, and other brickwork jobs too.
Any follow up questions have been answered promptly and dealt with accordingly and we wholeheartedly recommend 'A Grade Windows' and their team and have done to both our friends and acquaintances.

We had a complete transformation with Agrade. We swapped our rotten old green small dark cottage windows to fresh black windows and patio doors, bi fold doors and 2 stunning huge picture frame windows at the back to maximise our stunning countryside views.

The team were really friendly polite and helpful, worked fast and cleaned up too. Tom was able to accommodate exactly what we wanted to achieve in each room and kept us fully informed of the process throughout as it was a very big job done in stages. We had to have walls knocked out in places and completely change the sizes of original windows so not a straight forward swap out. It all went very smoothly with minimal disruption to our young family.

We also had all new white Georgian style sash windows to the front of property but we currently have scaffolding across front so a photo won’t show the true beauty of those windows yet.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of product, the design flexibility, the fantastic customer service and workmanship. Thank you !
