Rented a flat for nearly 3 years, never a day late paying rent (which increased every year above market average) and treated the flat as if it was my home. You'd expect some respect back from a landlord but what did I get instead? A no fault eviction notice weeks before Christmas, together with the rest of the people in the building. I would have thought twice about renting from Aitch if I knew that they care so little about their customers and are willing to kick people on the street, without explanation, even after years of being a reliable and trustworthy tenant.

I’ve been a good tenant at Vive Childers Street for almost 3 years and with no warning received an eviction notice with just 2 months to find a new property. The landlord has decided to evict all 83 flats in the property with a s21 notice (soon to be made illegal by govt.) and all just 2 weeks before Christmas. The property management group Aitch have been beyond useless in supporting with or communicating this news and I would not trust this group at all they have no morals or ethics - do not risk renting with them!!

I moved into a Deptford property 2 weeks ago owned by Aitch Group. On Friday me and everyone on the building were issued a notice of repossession, with some being asked to move out as soon as Feb 11th. This comes just months before no-fault section 21s (evictions) are being made illegal.
I feel utterly disgusted and shocked that they would do this. To have signed a 12 month contract with me and taken a deposit knowing that 2 weeks later they would be issuing eviction notices, it’s appalling and inhumane. I have only just found a place to live, spent hundreds of pounds to move, and now I have to go through the whole process again. Everyone knows how difficult it is to find a place to live in London and to be evicting 83 apartments worth of people, families, pets, just 3 weeks before Christmas, it is an complete disgrace.
There is no need for this. We urge Henry Smith to retract the section 21s and not make 150+ people homeless.
DO NOT RENT WITH AITCH GROUP. YOU ARE NOT SAFE LIVING IN THEIR PROPERTIES.

Moved into an Aitch Group property in summer 2024. Just three and a half months into our tenancy, they have decided to “refurbish” the building (which has no structural issues) and evict 150 tenants before Section 21 is outlawed in 2025, leaving all of us scrambling for homes at the same time in an already flooded market.

If you’re thinking of renting in an Aitch Group property, look elsewhere immediately – they do not care about you.

I had rented a flat with my close friends with Aitch Management group for 3 years and the all of their adiministartive assistants had been increadibly helpful with any enquiries. Of course, sometimes things take longer than expected to fix but overall I had a very positive experience.

Also thank you Hafiza Khatun for handling paperwork and tenancy changeover for us: I greatly appreciate you facilitating all formalities in a timely manner and the clear explanation of the process. You responded to all our enquiries and took on any flexibilities to the tenancy that we needed.

Overall the agency is a breath of fresh air in London's broken rental property market. I wouldn't hesitate to rent with them again.
