I commissioned Alex to produce plans for a rear extension on my house. It was important that the plans conformed to planning restrictions as I did not want to go through an appeals process. Alex listened to what I wanted, made some very useful suggestions and produced plans which were submitted to the council. Alex took care of all the paperwork involved while keeping me informed. Once planning permission was granted he dealt with the building regs application with the same promptness and attention to detail. I am very happy with the service he provided and have no hesitation in recommending him.

We gave Alex a brief of making our house more in keeping with the other houses in the area. From the start it was clear Alex had a very good understanding of the materials used in the other houses, the conservation area and some great ideas of how our more modern house could blend in. We are very happy with the end results and 3d rendering helped us visualise the different options.
