Really happy with the work from All Aspect Builders. Gareth was really helpful with practical “can do” solutions to the challenges and got on and did it. It was a double garage being converted to a one bed flat and required groundwork’s and digging out under the house. The brickwork at the front matches perfectly and really happy with the end result.

Garreth and his team did our home improvement project which included reconfiguring the bedrooms, bathrooms, garage and building a new kitchen and dining area extension into our rear garden. Despite the need for quite significant excavation of the sloped garden to accommodate the extension, the construction work proceeded at a good pace. We met regularly to ensure that any variations to the architects plans, and revisions to work already done were agreed and implemented. Garreth responds promptly to emails and WhatsApp messages and very importantly, we find him honest and willing to make changes, sometimes re-doing jobs to meet the Architect's specifications. Garreth was also open to new ideas and he often has solutions to new challenges. Most of his team were good and a pleasure to work with.

Gareth and his team built us a single storey extension (garage, utility, bathroom and bedroom) and added a bedroom above our kitchen. There were a few challenges at the start of the build and Gareth worked well with our architect and engineer to resolve them. Gareth and team from All Aspect did a fantastic job on our extension and renovation of our house in Minster Way. We ran into unforeseen problems when doing the groundwork including digging below a water table on the hillside plus a condemned gas main into the house, to name just a couple, but all of the problems were overcome with great communication all through the extension build. Particular mention for ‘Kev the Brickie’ for his exemplary work on the extension stonework and patio wall plus Dan Mutlow - Plumbing (he’s more than just a plumber) for managing the larger part of renovating the existing house and last but not least the Frank Pitman the ever smiling and no jobs too much effort Sparky ?. All in all, my wife and I are extremely pleased with all the work and I have no hesitation in the 5 ⭐️ rating.
