Great service from start to finish. First a very good and informative survey by Kyle who took his time to answer all our questions. We then received the quote and plan for works. Tom and Ian the tradesmen arrived on time every day and did their best to keep the mess to a minimum. Overall we are very pleased with the extensive work we had done.

I've been so impressed by the professionalism of Allerton Damp Proofing. From the the survey and detailed report, the communication in the lead up to the work being done, to the efficient way of managing their documentation online. But most of all by how tidily the work was done in my house. There was real care taken to protect my floors and to leave the rooms as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day of work. I had expected a lot of mess given the job they had to do and I was very pleasantly surprised at how they managed to leave it so tidy. All my queries were dealt with promptly, and everyone I spoke to was really helpful and friendly. Thank you very much!

We needed quite a big job doing (over three days). The team at Allerton have been great to deal with. Customer Services, Initial Survey & Report, Project Management and the On Site Technicians (who did a great job and left our rooms in as clean a state as you could wish!) have been friendly, supportive and professional throughout. All documents, acceptances and payments are transacted by a well thought out system of online forms which (unlike some) are straightforward and easy to use. All round, very satisfied. Allerton Damp proofing did a great job. Mason and Bailey carried out the work and were lovely lads who were also good with our kids. They kept us informed throughout the process. They cleaned up every night and the plastering finish looks great. Hopefully the damp stays away from now on!

I contacted Allerton damp proofing as had problems with various damp patches in the house. A surveyor ( Nathanial) came to look at the problem promptly and recommended we have a PIV fitted in the loft space. Rob and Tom fitted this. They were polite and professional and left the house clean and tidy. We have had a good experience with Allerton. Hopefully the PIV will resolve our issues with damp and condensation.The only negative so far is the PIV is blowing àir into the house which smells of the the loft space. We hadn't been advised that this would be an issue.

Just had damp proofing works carried out by Allerton Damp. From the initial survey carried out by Kyle, liaising with the Customer Service Team and the work being carried out on site by Elliot & Gaz we cannot speak too highly of the service we received. Kyle was so obliging and helpful with any queries we had and the Customer Service Team were great. Elliot & Gaz were so respectful and went the extra mile to ensure that they cleaned up at the end of the day. We would definitely recommend them to family & friends.
