Very good service, kept us informed of the process and a very thorough Level 3 building survey. A 'Teams' meeting was held with the surveyor who explained the salient points and illustrated these with photos.

Getting a survey done with Kelly and her team was really quick and easy, they provided a quote and availability within a week and Kelly was really clear about what we could expect. Making payments and accessing the report was really simple through the online portals and the report was thorough and balanced. It was really helpful to have a call with Kelly after she completed the visit but before the report was ready so we could get the headlines and ask any questions - thank you for making the process so straight forward! Would definitely recommend!

The team at A&M have been fantastic. They've completed a couple of surveys for us, and each time they take their time to discuss the report with us (via video call) so that we understand what is in the report.
Clearly their reporting standards are high, and in one case in particular this proved to be invaluable to us.

I was so impressed by aandm surveying, they were quick to respond and my surveyor Kelly was amazing. We had a call before the full survey was through to chat through any high priority issues. She was so good at explaining everything and breaking down the technical speak! She was also wonderful post survey with advice. Would highly recommend!
