Customer service lady called me back,suggested for my technical issues to email the tech team explained I'd have my son do that when he's off work I'm not good at all that. She was so friendly, just waiting on my son..I'm excited for this car so is my granddaughter she loves the motor start button smiles all big.
Left front tire keeps coming off when test driving 2 times now. Trying to email but don't know the rma number and we don't have a company name. Tried to email w pics and problem so not to post here for everyone to see but I want it documented incase it needs returned hoping you can fix the issue .I've left messages please have a email that people can ask questions that don't require numbers we don't know what are or explain where to find these numbers. I provided order number.
I've had it now for 48 hours and can't enjoy driving baby around getting frustrated on this

Amazing customer service experience with Max. I was looking for a ride on car with parent remote control for my dog. Max answered my questions with patience. Product is of good quality and easy to assemble. Of course there are cheaper options on other websites, but I'll rather pay for the quality and service. They are amazing they deserve it ? and my dog enjoys her ride so much. She doesn't want to get out and even sleeps in the car as I put a cushion for her, so she could sit there with all her 4 legs.

My father-in-law purchased a red Audi for our 2 year old daughter for her birthday in May. She was very excited! It took us a few days to have the time to put it together and when we finally did, she loved it. Her friend came over and they each "raced" in their cars. She didn't get to use it for a little while because it was either too cold out or too rainy. We tried to use it a few times since then and kept having issues with it dying or not charging. We kept trying to charge it in different outlets, but nothing worked. Seems like it never properly charged the first time we charged it and we were sent a car with a defective battery. My father-in-law has been contacting Americas Toys for the last couple weeks trying to resolve the issue of the car not working. On our end we have a very sad 2 year old who sits in her car and cries because it doesn't work and we have to try to explain to her that grandpa is working on getting her car fixed. We were just informed of the resolution from this company, who does not stand by their very expensive products past 30 days, that the battery was sent to us defective. Are they replacing the battery? No because it is past 30 days. Never mind that we were never able to properly use the car and tried to on numerous occasions. Never mind that it was sent to us defective. Never mind that we have a distraught 2 year old that can't use her birthday present. So my father-in-law had to purchase a new battery on his own dime to make the car work. We are still waiting for the battery to arrive. I would suggest not ordering from this company because clearly after 30 days you are on your own and their customer service is very lacking in my opinion.

Today I have ordered the third ride on car. The first was La Ferrari for my little niece, and then Bentley for my daughter and today my son got a Mercedes SL65 for his B-day. The manager gave me $20 of a discount and consulted about all the cars they got in stock. I wish you guys good luck for your business!

Will not be shopping with them again! DO NOT order ANY power wheels from this company! Complete rip off! Ordered a BMW, and it doesn’t stay charged. Requested to send it back and receive a refund, and was told my issue wasn’t in the policy. So I email them again this week, and was told it’s been past 30 days so I can’t return it for a refund. If I would’ve let them know sooner I could’ve. In which I did let them know before hand my issue. Unorganized/ trash company. Don’t fall for their tricks!!!!

Came to Florida to visit my friends at the beggining of June, their 4 y.o. boy had a Birthday. Decided to find some interesting toy for him and Google gave me "Americas Toys" link. Called them, came to their office, saw some ride-on-cars and got the best deal for me! They have good assortment and their prices fine for such goods, a car works properly and everything is fine!
