Try to help Amey refuse collection by breaking down all my recycling, and put it out proberly every 6 weeks ; to save them time.
Alas my household waste with, only 2 kitchen bin liners in was not collected on Monday. I rang Solihull Council to say that in was condensed !! I only put 2 bin liners is household waste in every week.
I just happened look out of my window. They lifted the lid, and thought not worth pulling to the collection vehicle ; it was so easy to say it was condensed. I videoed the bin, and took it to Solihull Council to view, also whilst waiting for the bus on Monday I took a look, and took a photo of the bin outside 265 Warwick Road, that was only a third full, and they left that.
I was asked if I could leave it until Monday of next week. I said that if Amey are say that 2 bin liners are condensed. Well next week my waste will gave 4 bin liners in. Would that also not be condensing it further ?
These vehicles are fitted with RUMBLE bars to loosen the waste in yours bins, not that this was required for mine 2 bin liners. I am still awaiting Amey or solihull council to view and collect.
Shame on Amey, you are paid to collect household waste. Please do what you are contracted to do.
