Very happy with Lawrence and his team, they provided a competitive quote and Lawrence, at our request, made a huge effort to ensure timber rather than steel was used in our loft. He also kindly re-calculated and reconfigured some of the recommended loads and beam placements when I realised we would have to change the phasing of the works. Further to this, he has spoken with my builder to help explain his calculation. All very much appreciated.

Jeff Walker of AND Designs has recently completed a small job for us to assist us in getting a retrospective Building Control completion certificate for some structural work done to our kitchen a few years ago. Do not waste your time with this company. Total chaos. Don't return calls, won't commit to appointments. When they eventually do agree to come out they don't turn up. Utter chaos.
