We asked Andrew if he would come with us to view a two bedroom bungalow that we were interested in purchasing. For the property to work for us, it needed a loft extension to create a bedroom with ensuite, and several walls to be removed to create a large kitchen, dinning, living space. We were very pleased that Andrew did come, as he gave us plenty of ideas as to how the space could work for us. Andrew is very easy to get along with, and he left us full of confidence that what we wanted could be achieved. If we do go ahead with the purchase, then Andrew will be the architect we turn to.

We met Andrew by chance when out for the evening at Woolacombe. I overheard him talking about being an architect and we had recently purchased a Grade II listed home that needed architectural work and drawings. When talking to Andrew he was really interested in the house and we arranged to meet him the following morning for him to look around. He was very knowledgeable in his field and we were really pleased to have found him to carry out the drawings and work needed at such a reasonable price. We were really grateful to Andrew for helping us so quickly and efficiently and we highly recommend him.

We approached Andrew to help us with the drawings for our idea of a large front extension and loft conversion, and we were very pleased we did.
Andrew was extremely helpful and professional throughout, and his design ideas ensured that not only would it look good, but the build would encorporate lots of natural light once finished.
Andrew was always available for advice and help and was an integral part of us succeeding with planning and our builds success.

We instructed Andy Long Architects Ltd to design an extension on our Bungalow. We found him to be very personable with great vision and ideas.

He took on board all of our requirements. In addition, as our property offers great views of an estuary and coastline he utilised this fact which was reflected in the plans that he drew up. These were then sent by Andy to the Council planning dept for approval. Andy dealt with all aspects of the administration quickly and efficiently.

We managed the project ourselves and he was very obliging when, in conjunction with the builder we decided to make a small adjustment. The revised plans were once again sent to planning for approval.

We would definitely recommend Andy Long with no hesitation.
