Appointed Andy to draw up plans for an infill extension and various other works on site and submit plans for planning application, the work was carried out professionally and on time taking into account previous oppositions that had effected the outcome of applications made prior to my clients owning the property. Just awaiting the outcome but hopefully everything will be fine and i can go for Building regulations using the same drawings that Andy supplied.
