We had such an amazing experience with Sarah at another architecture + interiors! Our project involved significant structural work in an old stone house in a conservation area. It was a tricky project but Sarah was very considerate of what we wanted and importantly, how our needs might change in the future. Sarah also kept us informed and at ease throughout the process. We wanted the feeling of space and light and Sarah had some beautiful design ideas which really delivered on this. We are so happy with the end result! We experienced significant difficulties with planning throughout our project but Sarah was knowledgeable of the processes and extremely persistent and thorough in her responses to the council. I don’t think we would have got there without Sarah’s help and expertise. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Sarah and would not hesitate to recommend her services!

I have now worked with Sarah on 2projects. The first was a property change of use from flats to 5 Bed HMO.

The scheme was complex and had a number of challenges to overcome which Sarah seemed to overcome with ease.

Sarah was efficient, thorough, meticulous, helpful, knowledgeable and personable throughout.

This was extremely important and paid dividends when it came to the involvement of Local Authority Planning and Building Control. In all other instances, this has been the most painful part of any development I have been involved in. However, due to the endless hours of homework and collaboration on Sarah's part with the involved parties, this went without a hiccup, or a single comment from either party, with full sign-off given.

Owing to our first experience with Sarah being a positive one, we enlisted her once again to take us from concept to planning on our 'forever home'.
This project was/is far from straightforward/easy owing to its age, multiple past uses and our 'eco' approach, thus requiring a lot of time, thought, detail care and attention. All of which Sarah has given to us in abundance.
